摘要:

目的 探讨榄香烯注射液联合重组人血管内皮抑素治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效与不良反应。方法 选取 2010年3月至2014年5月郑州市第六人民医院治疗的86例非小细胞肺癌患者，采用随机数表法分为治疗组与对照 组，每组43例。对照组予以重组人血管内皮抑素与奥沙利铂治疗；治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上，予以榄香烯注 射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效与不良反应。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率与疾病控制率分别为69.77%、93.02%， 对照组分别为48.84%、81.40%，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组患者的疾病控制率比 较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。对照组白细胞计数减少20例，血红蛋白浓度降低14例，血小板计数减少9 例，恶心呕吐24例，外周神经异常10例，肝损伤2例，肾损伤2例；治疗组白细胞计数减少18例，血红蛋白浓度 降低11例，血小板计数减少10例，恶心呕吐27例，外周神经异常6例，肝损伤1例，两组患者的不良反应发生情 况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 榄香烯注射液与重组人血管内皮抑素联合治疗非小细胞肺癌能显 著提高有效率。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of elemene injection and re-combinant human endostatin injection in treatment of patients with non-small lung cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with non-small lung cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, forty-three patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with recombinant human endostatin injection and oxaliplatin, while patients in the treatment group were treat-ed with elemene injection based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and the adverse effect in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and disease control rate of the treat-ment group were69.77%,93.02%, respectively, which in the control group were48.84%,81.40%, re-spectively, and there was significantly different on the total effective rate（P<0.05）, but no significant difference on disease control rate between the two group（P>0.05）. There were 20 cases of leukope-nia, 14 cases of hemoglobin reduction, 9 cases of thrombocytopenia, 24 cases of nausea and vomiting, 10 cases of peripheral nerve abnormalities, 2 cases of liver injury, 2 cases of renal injury in the con-trol group, 18 cases of leukopenia, 11 cases of hemoglobin reduction, 10 cases of thrombocytopenia, 27 cases of nausea and vomiting, 6 cases of peripheral nerve abnormalities, 1 case of liver injury in the treatment group, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction be-tween the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Elemene injection and recombinant human endostatin in-jection can improve the effective rate of patients with non-small lung cancer.
