摘要:
目的 探讨治疗相关髓系肿瘤的临床特征，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 收集内蒙古自治区人民医院 2014年1月—2019年1月诊治的10例治疗相关髓系肿瘤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 10例患者在诊断前均 接受过针对原发肿瘤的联合化疗和（或）放疗，其中治疗相关急性髓系白血病7例，治疗相关骨髓增生异常综合 征（MDS）3例。1例治疗相关急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者在确诊4 d内死亡，1例老年MDS仅刺激造血及维持 治疗，于随访22个月时死亡；其余8例均接受规律化疗，4例患者疗效达到完全缓解，4例在治疗12~18个月时 死亡。结论 治疗相关髓系肿瘤生存期短、治疗效果差，需要采用新药/造血干细胞移植治疗以改善疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the treatment related myeloid tumors, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Clinical data of10 patients with treatment-related myeloid tumor diagnosed in Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were collected and analyzed.Results All these10 patients had received combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy for primary tumors. Among them, 7 cases were treatment-related acute myeloid leu-kemia（AML）and 3 cases were treatment-related myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS）. One patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia（APL）died within 4 days after diagnosis, and one elderly patient with MDS received maintenance treatment and died at a22-month follow-up. The other8 patients re-ceived regular chemotherapy, 4 of them achieved complete remission, while 4 other cases died at 12-18 months of treatment.Conclusion The short survival and poor therapeutic effect of the treatment of related myeloid tumors require the use of new drugs/hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to im-prove the therapeutic effect.
