摘要:
结直肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其病因至今仍未明确,饮食习惯、生活方式、疾病、遗传等均是 结直肠癌的危险因素。多数患者在确诊时已经处于晚期,而传统的治疗方法对中晚期患者的治疗效果较差。卵黏 蛋白(Ovomucin)是禽蛋蛋白中一种重要的糖蛋白,卵黏蛋白及其水解肽具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、调节免 疫等多种功能活性,有望为结直肠癌的治疗提供新的策略。本文总结了卵黏蛋白及其水解肽抗肿瘤机制方面的研 究进展以及其预防结直肠癌可能的机制,并对其研究进行了展望,以期为卵黏蛋白及其水解肽在医学和保健方面 的研究和应用提供参考。
