摘要:
目的探讨祛银颗粒治疗银屑病的临床疗效，为临床银屑病的治疗提供可靠依据。方法收集深圳市慢 性病防治中心2015年8月—2017年12月80例银屑病患者，分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。其中，对照组采用 消银片治疗，观察组采用祛银颗粒治疗，两组均治疗1 个月。对比两组患者的临床疗效、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF- α） 和白细胞介素4 （IL-4） 水平及生活质量（SF-36） 评分。结果对照组治疗后的总有效率为75.00%，观察 组为92.50%，观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前TNF-α和IL-4水平比较，差异无 统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者的TNF-α 和IL-4 水平均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），且观察组治疗后的 TNF-α 和IL-4 水平较对照组下降更为明显（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前SF-36 总分比较，差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05），治疗后两组患者的SF-36 总分均较治疗前出现下降（P<0.05），且观察组治疗后的SF-36 总分较对 照组下降更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论祛银颗 粒治疗银屑病患者能有效地改善临床疗效、生活质量及相关因子水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qiyin Granules on patients with psoriasis for providing the basis of treatment of psoriasis. Methods A total of 80 patients with psoriasis treated in Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control from August 2015 to December 2017 were collected and divided into control group and observation group, each 40 cases. The control group was treated with Xiaoyin Tablet, but the observation group was treated with Qiyin Granules. They were all treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, related factor （TNF-α and IL-4） levels and quality of life （SF-36） in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 92.50% in the observation group. The total effective rate in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） . There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF- α and IL- 4 and the SF- 36 score before treatment between the two groups （all P>0.05） . After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and IL-4 and the SF-36 score in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment （all P<0.05） . The levels of TNF-α and IL- 4 and the SF-36 score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those inthe control group （all P<0.05） . There was no severely adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Qiuyin Granules can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, quality of life and related factors in the treatment of patients with psoriasis.
