摘要:
目的探讨简易肺功能仪在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称慢阻肺) 社区筛查中的使用价值。方法选取 慢阻肺患者64 例和非慢阻肺患者44 例,分别使用耶格肺功能仪、Oranger 肺活量计(简称橙肺) 进行肺功能检 查。主要观察指标包括第1 秒用力呼气容积占肺活量比例(FEV1/FVC)、第1 秒用力呼气容积占预计值% (FEV1%)。采用SPSS20.0 软件进行分析。结果对于FEV1/FVC,慢阻肺组耶格为50.11 ± 12.97,橙肺为 48.25±13.53,P>0.05,α 信度系数0.921;非慢阻肺组耶格为86.09±7.93,橙肺为83.75±9.04,P>0.05,α 信度 系数0.959。对于FEV1%,慢阻肺组耶格为(60.98±20.95) %,橙肺为(57.03±19.82) %,P>0.05,α 信度系数 0.961; 非慢阻肺组耶格为(96.23 ± 16.41) %, 橙肺为(91.80 ± 16.62) %, P>0.05, α 信度系数0.947。结论 肺功能仪耶格、橙肺数据一致性较好,简易肺功能仪可用于慢阻肺社区筛查。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the using of simple lung function in screening patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) . Method Totally 64 COPD patients and 44 non-COPD patients were selected and tested by using Jaeger lung function meter and Oranger spirometer for pulmonary function including FEV1/FVC and FEV1%. Results For FEV1/FVC in COPD group, Jaeger was 50.11± 12.97, and Oranger spirometer was 48.25 ± 13.53, P>0.05, and Cronbach α reliability coefficient was 0.921. For FEV1/FVC in non-COPD group, Jaeger was 86.09±7.93, Oranger spirometer was 83.75± 9.04, P>0.05, and Cronbach α reliability coefficient was 0.959. For FEV1% in COPD group, Jaeger was (60.98±20.95) %, Oranger spirometer was 57.03±19.82, P>0.05, and Cronbach α reliability coefficient was 0.961. For FEV1% in non- COPD group, Jaeger was (96.23 ± 16.41) % , Oranger spirometer was (91.80±16.62) %, P>0.05, and Cronbach α reliability coefficient was 0.947. Conclusion Data consistency of Jaeger and Oranger spirometer is very good, so the simple lung function instrument can be used for COPD community screening.
