摘要:
先天性心脏病（CHD)指出生时心脏及大血管结构或功能异常，CHD的发病率为0.5%~1%，外科手 术是主要的治疗方法。近年来，CHD的外科治疗发展很快，许多诊治观点和治疗方法不断改进。小切口外 科手术和导管介入治疗逐渐成为这一领域的热点，被越来越多的医师患者接受，不仅治疗效果好，还伴有 恢复时间短，创伤小等优势。本文就CHD的发展历程、常见CHD的外科诊疗进展进行介绍。
