缺血性卒中的病因学分型是基因研究、流行病学调查、临床试验、预后评估和临床诊治的重要工具。 随着病理生理学和卒中影像的进步,国际上陆续出现了多个版本的分型系统,每种分型各有特点。本文对 目前缺血性卒中的病因分型系统的诊断标准进行了全面的复习,分析其各自的优缺点,并预测了今后分型 的发展趋势
