摘要:
视神经炎（ON）为临床眼科中常见的视神经病变，典型临床症状表现为突然性的单眼视力下降，严 重者可在短期内丧失视力。视力改变的严重程度不尽相同。儿童ON常会引起急性或亚急性视力丧失，病 变严重可累计单眼或双眼。目前研究认为特发性脱髓鞘性视神经炎（IDON）是ON临床上最常见的类 型，病因较为复杂，临床治疗多采用联合疗法，但具体疗效仍需大样本的随机临床对照试验验证。治疗过 程中要遵从医嘱，密切观察病情，预防并发症的发生。本文结合相关文献，对成人及儿童视神经炎的流行 病学现状、病因、治疗、预后及护理方面进行综述。
