摘要:
慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)是呼吸系统最常见的疾病之一,其病情呈进行性发展,给患者和社会带来 沉重负担。目前关于COPD的具体病因尚不清楚,目前认为其发生和发展涉及到炎症、代谢酶、氧化应激 等多个方面,各种因素相互刺激,互为因果。本文就COPD发病机制研究进展作一综述。
