摘要:
代谢综合征是多种慢性病危险因素的聚集，代谢综合征人群即为慢性病高危和亚临床患者人群。代谢 综合征的重要性在于引导临床医生更好、更快地发现就诊者2型糖尿病和心脑血管疾病的高危因素并做出 预测，促使医生和患者更加重视非药物治疗和早期预防。代谢综合征的公共卫生意义在于将其作为一、二 级预防的重点干预人群开展社区综合防治，以遏制当前2型糖尿病及心脑血管病高发的现状。本文对代谢 综合征的流行特征、定义及应用进行了总结，并对其实际意义进行了论述。
