摘要:
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD) 是一种严重危害老年人健康的慢性退行性疾病。随着社会老 龄化和人口寿命的延长, AD患病率和绝对数不断增加,由此带来的社会负担已成为重要的公共卫生问 题。由于该病缺乏有效的治疗手段,近些年国内外关于AD的社会人口学特征,以及遗传学、环境因素、 行为医学、代谢性疾病等进行了大量的研究,以期探讨AD相关危险因素和保护因素,为AD的有效干预 和预防提供依据。本文对国内外相关AD流行病学、危险因素等研究成果进行综述。
