摘要:
近年来，全球糖尿病的发病率逐年增高，糖尿病已经成为继肿瘤、心血管病变之后第3大严重威胁人 类健康的慢性疾病。作为一种需要长期甚至终身药物治疗的慢性疾病，只有对糖尿病患者实行全方位的综 合干预，才能保障糖尿病患者合理、科学的应用药物，有效地控制病情。美国等西方发达国家的临床实践 证明，临床药师通过为患者提供全方位的药学服务，大大提高了患者的用药依从性，帮助患者更好地控制 血糖，明显减少并发症的发生，有效改善其生活质量。目前，国内关于临床药师参与糖尿病治疗的相关报 道尚且不多。本文对国外临床药师参与糖尿病治疗的进展做了综述，并通过与我国药师在相关领域的工作 情况相比较，以期为我国临床药师参与糖尿病治疗与管理提供参考。
