摘要:
过敏性肺炎（HP）是一种非人免疫球蛋白E（IgE）介导的免疫性肺疾病，其发病机制目前还不明确。常 见的致敏物质有细菌、真菌、动植物蛋白、低分子化学物质和金属等，鸟类相关抗原和微生物抗原是最容易致病 的。临床上以咳嗽、发热、呼吸困难以及体重下降为主要症状，根据病程长短可分为急性、亚急性和慢性3种类 型。在病理学和影像学上，既有跟其他间质性肺疾病相似的表现，也有自己独有的特征。本文从发病机制、临床 表现、病理和影像学特点以及治疗方面进行综述。
