摘要:
目的 调查分析维持性血液透析患者生理、心理和社会问题，以及患者对人文关怀的需求情况。方 法 选取2019年1—12月在开平市中心医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的212例患者，以接受透析时间长短为基 础进行分组，分为短期组、中期组、长期组和超长期组，使用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、依从性调查量表、肾 病及生活质量量表、自制护理工作满意度调查表以及维持性血液透析患者人文关怀护理需求调查表对患者的生理、 心理、社会问题以及人文需求进行调查。结果 短期组、中期组、长期组和超长期组焦虑评分分别为（55.32± 1.25）分、（58.25±2.04）分、（61.26±1.57）分、（67.54±0.54）分，抑郁评分分别为（54.52±1.82）分、（59.35± 2.54）分、（63.62±0.57）分、（68.57±2.47）分，均逐渐升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；依从性调查表评分、 肾病及生活质量量表评分和护理满意度评分降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且，随着透析时间不断增加，患者 对于护理需求的评分明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 维持性血液透析患者均存在不同程度的生理、 心理和社会问题，且随着治疗时间的增加，患者现有的护理满意度较低，而对于人文关怀护理的需求不断增强。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the physiological, psychological and social problems of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and their needs for humanistic care. Methods A total of 212 patients with maintenance hemodialysis therapy were selected in Kaiping City Central Hospital from January to December 2019, and they are divided into short-term group, medium-term group, long-term group and ultra-long-term group based on the length of time they received dialysis. Self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale, compliance scores, kidney disease and quality of life scale， self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire and maintenance hemodialysis patient humanistic care and nursing needs questionnaire were used to investigate the physiological, psychological, social problems and human needs of patients.Results In short-term group, medium-term group, long-term group and ultra-long-term group, the anxiety score was（55.32±1.25）,（58.25±2.04）,（61.26±1.57）, （67.54±0.54）, respectively; depression score was（54.52±1.82）,（59.35±2.54）,（63.62±0.57）, （68.57±2.47）, respectively. They were all significantly increased with the length of dialysis time（P< 0.05）.Compliance scores, kidney disease and quality of life scale scores, and patients' nursing satisfac-tion scores were decreased significantly （P<0.05）; and as dialysis time continued to increase, the scores for nursing needs increased significantly（P<0.05）. Conclusion All patients with maintenance hemodialysis have physiological, psychological and social problems with varying degrees. Following with the increase of treatment time, the patients’current nursing satisfaction is low, and the demand for humanistic care is increasing.
