摘要:
目的 探讨中西医结合护理对慢性湿疹患者临床疗效、心理与生活质量的影响，为临床治疗提供参考。 方法 选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院2016年6月—2019年9月诊治的90例慢性湿疹患者，按照随机数字表法分 为对照组和观察组，每组45例。两组在常规治疗基础上，对照组予以常规西医护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上 予以中西医结合护理，两组疗程为1个月。参考《中药新药临床研究指导原则》评估并比较两组临床疗效；护理 前后，采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估并比较两组患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪变化情况，应 用生存质量普适性量表-健康状况调查问卷简表-36量表（SF-36）、中医证候量表评估两组患者护理前后的生活 质量改善情况。结果 观察组总有效率（91.11%）明显高于对照组（73.33%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 护理后，两组患者SDS和SAS评分均较护理前明显下降，且组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后， 两组患者生活质量各项评分均较护理前明显升高，且组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，观察 组各项中医证候量表评分均明显高于本组护理前和同期对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中西医 结合护理干预慢性湿疹患者可明显提高临床疗效，并显著改善慢性湿疹患者出现的不良负面情绪，有助于缓解症 状提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing inter-vention on the clinical efficacy, psychology and quality of life of patients with chronic eczema. Methods A total of90 patients with chronic eczema were collected and divided into control group and observa-tion group, 45 patients in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given routine western medicine nursing, and the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on the basis of the control group nursing. The courses of intervention in the two groups were all one month. The clinical effect, mental state score and quality of life score of the two groups were observed before and after nursing. Result The clinical effective rate of the ob-servation group（91.11%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（73.33%）, the dif-ference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）, and there were significant dif-ferences between the two groups（P<0.05）. After intervention, scores of all SF-36 indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervetion and those in the control group（P<0.05）. After intervention, most scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervetion and those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention could significantly improve the clinical efficacy and negative emotions of patients with chronic eczema, which can help relieve symptoms and improve their quality of life.
