摘要:
目的 分析沂水县居民死因构成及变化趋势，为制定有效的防控措施提供依据。方法 对沂水县居民 2014—2018年死因监测资料进行系统分析。结果 沂水县2014—2018年共报告死亡40 960人，粗死亡率为 701.72/10万，标化死亡率365.40/10万，男性死亡率为783.68/10万，女性死亡率为615.46/10万，男女死亡性 别比为1.34∶1，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在三大类死因中，慢性非传染性疾病（以下简称慢性病）占 91.18%，为主要死因。前五位死因依次为：心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害，占全死因的 94.35%。结论 沂水县居民主要死因是慢性病，加大对心脑血管疾病及恶性肿瘤的干预力度有助于减少慢性病 对人群健康的危害。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the composition and trend of death causes of residents in Yishui county, and to provide basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures. Method The death cause monitoring data from 2014 to 2018 in Yishui County were analyzed systematically. Results From2014 to 2018, a total of 40 960 deaths were reported in Yishui county, the crude mortality rate was701.72/100 000, and the standardized mortality rate was 365.40/100 000. The male mortality rate was783.68/100 000, and the female mortality rate was 615.46/100 000. The ratio of male to female mortality was1.34:1, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Among the three major causes of death, chronic non-communicable diseases accounted for 91.18%, which was the main cause of death. The top five causes of death were heart disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, respiratory system disease and injury, accounting for 94.35% of the total causes of death.Conclusion The main cause of death of residents in Yishui county is chronic disease. Increasing the intervention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors will help to reduce the harm of chron-ic disease to people’s health.
