摘要:
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是目前临床常见的呼吸科慢性疾病类型,受环境等因素的影响,导致该疾病 的发病率呈现明显升高趋势,严重降低人们的生活质量,是目前广大学者研究的热门课题。该疾病的主要特点为 气流受限,随疾病发展患者会出现其他严重并发症,威胁患者生命安全。为了进一步了解COPD患者患病期间心 脏功能损伤情况,特选择超声心动图对患者进行右心室结构、功能分析,从而有效评估患者机体损伤情况。
