目的 了解北京市将台社区职业人群糖尿病患病率及其影响因素,为制定社区职业人群糖尿病的综合防 控措施提供依据。方法 选取2018年1月—12月北京市将台社区范围内的在职职业人群,通过社区卫生服务中 心对功能单位招募研究对象,收集研究对象一般情况、生活方式、膳食营养及体力活动等信息,并对血糖、血 脂、血压等指标进行实验室检测。结果 共调查597人,平均年龄为(43.27±9.41)岁,糖尿病患病率为 12.90%(男性:19.43%,女性:9.33%)。单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、受教育程度、体质量指数 (BMI)、吸烟、饮酒、高血压和血脂异常与糖尿病患病率相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年 龄≥40岁(OR=2.55,95%CI1.23~5.29)是糖尿病患病的影响因素。结论 将台社区在职人群糖尿病患病率 高,针对高血压、血脂异常患病职业人群应加强治疗和管理,重点做好40岁以上职业人群的筛查和干预。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the prevalence and risk factors of diabetes in occupational population in Jiangtai community in Beijing and to provide a scientific evidence for diabetes prevention and con-trol. Methods The in-serviceoccupational population in Jiangtai community were selected from Janu-ary to December in 2018. The information such as general situation, life style, dietary nutrition and physical activity of the participants were collected, and the indexes such as blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure were measured. Results A total of597 subjects were included in the final analysis. The mean age was(43.27±9.41)years. The prevalence of diabetes was 12.90%(male:19.43%, fe-male:9.33%). Univariate analysis revealed that sex, age, educational level, BMI, smoking, alcohol drinking, hypertension and dyslipidemia were risk factors of diabetes(all P<0.05). Multiple logistic re-gression analysis showed that age above 40 years(OR=2.55, 95%CI1.23-5.29)was independent risk factors of diabetes. Conclusions The prevalence of diabetes was high in occupational population in Ji-angtai communities. Treatment and management should be strengthened in the occupational group with hypertension and dyslipidemia. The screening and intervention for diabetes should be carried out well in the occupational group over 40 years old.
