摘要:
2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一类严重威胁人类生命健康的慢性疾病。结构化的运动干预模式是指根据运动者 的运动能力和治疗目标制定个体化运动处方,由专业的科学锻炼指导师具体执行指导,并定期进行运动效果测 评,依据效果反馈调整运动处方的运动模式。结构化的运动干预有助于控制血糖,减少心脑血管病的发生风险。 营养治疗是糖尿病治疗的基础,对防治糖尿病、延缓并发症具有非常重要的作用,运动后30 min内适当地补充 蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质等营养素可以缓解T2DM患者运动后的疲劳,有利于血糖的平稳控制,延缓急慢性 并发症的发生。
