摘要:
上颌后磨牙的缺失严重影响患者的咀嚼功能，因末端缺失、临牙松动等原因，种植修复常作为首选治疗方 法。临床上常常遇见上颌磨牙后区骨量不足导致种植体植入受限情况。对此，常采用短种植体、上颌窦外提升、 上颌窦内提升及颧骨种植体等方法来解决此类问题。本文就上颌后牙区骨量不足时种植方法的对策作一综述。
