摘要:
目的 比较不同抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者外周血小板数量的影响。方法 选取中山市第三人民医院 2017年1月—2017年9月110例精神分裂症住院患者作为研究对象，按照服用药物种类分为三组：氯丙嗪组 30例、利培酮组40例及奥氮平组40例，三组分别给予氯丙嗪、利培酮及奥氮平治疗。入院后第2天及出院前1 d 分别检测血常规中血小板的数量。结果 氯丙嗪组、奥氮平组治疗后与治疗前比较，血小板水平均升高，但差 异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；利培酮组治疗后较治疗前血小板水平下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Spear-man相关分析结果显示，氯丙嗪组的服药剂量与血小板数量变化呈负相关（r=-0.654，P<0.05）；利培酮组和奥 氮平组服药剂量和时间与患者血小板数量变化均无相关性（P>0.05）。结论 不同抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者 外周血小板数量变化的影响不同，临床实践中需要定期检测。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of chlorpromazine, risperidone and olanzapine on the number of peripheral blood platelets in schizophrenic patients. Methods Totally110 schizophrenic pa-tients hospitalized in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhongshan during January to September 2017 were selected and divided into the chlorpromazine group（30 cases）, the risperidone group（40 cases）and the olanzapine group（40 cases）according to the drug types. The three groups were treated with chlor-promazine, risperidone and olanzapine, respectively. The second day after admission and the day before discharge, the number of platelets in blood routine examination was detected. Results The levels of platelets in the chlorpromazine group and olanzapine group were increased after treatment, but the dif-ference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）; the level of platelets in risperidone group was de-creased after treatment and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the dosage of the drug in chlorpromazine group was negatively correlated with the changes of the number of platelets（r=-0.654, P<0.05）, and there was not statistically significant correlation between the dosage and time of drugs and the number of platelets in the risperidone group and olanzapine group（P>0.05）. Conclusion The effect of different antipsychotics on the number of peripheral blood platelets in schizophrenic patients is different. It is necessary to detect regularly in clini-cal practice.
