摘要:
目的 探讨灰树花魔芋壳寡糖肽制品对糖尿病患者的辅助降糖作用。方法 采用组间对照和自身对照方 法对243例糖尿病患者进行了实验观察,记录试食前后空腹、餐后血糖。结果 试食组受试者试食后与试食前 比较,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显降低(P<0.05),总有效率为80.26%;对照组试食前后前后差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。试食中无不良反应。结论 灰树花魔芋壳寡糖肽制品对糖尿病患者是一种安全有效的营养功能食品。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of ash tree flowerkonjac oligosaccharide peptide preparation on diabetic patients. Methods A total of243 patients with diabetes were observed by methods of inter-group control and self-control. The fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels were recorded before and after the test. Results After the test, the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels in the trial group were significantly lower(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was 80.26%. There was no significant difference between before and after the test in the control group (P>0.05). There were no adverse reactions during the test. Conclusion Ash tree flowerkonjac oligosaccharide peptide preparation is a safe and effective nutritious food for dia-betic patients.
