摘要:
目的探讨老年高血压患者体质量指数（BMI）、血脂水平等体检结果特点。方法随机选取参加2017年 社区体检的老年高血压患者122 例为观察组，同期选取参加体检的122 例无高血压、糖尿病及心脑血管疾病史的 健康老年人为对照组。对比两组研究对象的体检结果。结果观察组超重/肥胖率（64.75%）、心电图异常检出 率（39.34%）、脂肪肝检出率（57.38%） 及甘油三酯异常检出率（35.25%） 均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。结论超重/肥胖、血脂水平异常、心电图异常、脂肪肝与老年高血压关系密切，需采取有效措施 加以控制，以保障患者的健康。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the characteristics of physical examination results in elderly hypertension patients in community. Methods A total of 122 elderly hypertension patients who participated in the community physical examination in 2017 were enrolled and randomly selected as observation group, and 122 healthy elderly people without history of hypertension, diabetes or cardiovascular and cardiocerebral vascular diseases who participated in the physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The physical examination results of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the rate of overweight/obesity was 64.75%, the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram detection was 39.34%, the abnormal rate of fatty liver detection was 57.38%, the abnormal rate of triglyceride was 35.25%, which were higher than those of the control group, the difference was significant （P＜0.05） . Conclusion Overweight/obesity, abnormal blood lipid levels, electrocardiogram abnormality and fatty liver are closely related to elderly hypertension. Effective measures should be taken to guarantee the health of patients and improve their health.
