摘要:
目的探讨肥胖阿尔茨海默病(AD) 患者血清脂联素和血清瘦素的临床特点,为临床诊断提供参考。 方法选取肥胖的30 例AD 患者作为肥胖组,非肥胖的35 例AD 患者作为对照组,同期健康人30 例作为健康 组,测定三组人群血清脂联素和瘦素水平。结果肥胖组血清脂联素[ (20.14±1.76) ng/ml]明显低于对照组 [ (28.16±2.34) ng/ml]和健康组[ (47.58±5.72) ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血清脂联素显著 低于健康组(P<0.05);肥胖组血清瘦素水平[ (3.32±0.71) ng/ml]明显高于对照组[ (2.12±0.98) ng/ml,P< 0.05) ],但低于健康组[ (6.83±0.85) ng/ml,P<0.05];对照组血清瘦素水平显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论 AD 与机体内脂联素和瘦素的水平有关,且肥胖对脂联素及瘦素有一定影响。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical character of adiponectin and leptin in serum of obese patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) . Methods Thirty obese patients with AD were selected as obese group; 35 non-obese patients with AD were selected as control group; 30 healthy people were selected as healthy group. The levels of adiponectin and leptin in serum of the three groups were measured and compared. Results The serum level of adiponectin in obese group [ (20.14±1.76) ng/ml] was significantly lower than that in control group [ (28.16±2.34) ng/ml] and healthy group [ (47.58± 5.72) ng/ml] (P<0.05) , and the level of adiponectin in control group was significantly lower than that in healthy group (P<0.05) . The serum level of leptin in obese group [ (3.32±0.71) ng/ml] was significantly higher than that in control group [ (2.12±0.98) ng/ml] (P<0.05) , and they were all lower than that in healthy group [ (6.83 ± 0.85) ng/ml] (P<0.05) . Conclusion AD is associated with adiponectin and leptin levels, and obesity has some effects on adiponectin and leptin.
