摘要:
目的分析华润武钢总医院体检人群常见慢性病检出率的长期变化趋势，了解其流行病学分布特征，为 改善集团职工健康情况，提高生活质量提供理论依据。方法结合2009—2014 年华润武钢总医院体检人群体检 结果，分析高血压、超重和肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂和高尿酸血症等慢性病的流行病学趋势。各疾病患病情况按年 龄分层进行内标化；通过χ2检验分析男女患病情况的差异；通过趋势性检验分析慢性病变化趋势。结果武钢 职工各年度患病率最高的均为超重，最低的为糖尿病。除高脂血症外，其余疾病男性患病率均高于女性（P< 0.05）。2009—2014 年，除肥胖（Z=－1.86，P=0.063 1） 外，各种慢性疾病患病率均呈上升趋势，其中高血脂 的患病率从2009年的19.62%增长到2014年的45.97%，增幅最大（P<0.001）。结论华润武钢总医院体检人群 6种主要慢性疾病自2009年到2014年有升高趋势，应加强对职工尤其男性职工慢性病的预防。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the prevalence of common chronic diseases in Wuhan Iron and Steel General Hospital from 2009 to 2014, and to provide the theoretical basis for improving the health and quality of life of the employees. Methods This study was based on the epidemiological trend of chronic diseases, including hypertension, overweight/obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia in Wuhan Iron and Steel General Hospital. The prevalence of diseases was stratified by age. The basic characteristics of the health status of the workers in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company were analyzed through a statistical description, and the difference of the prevalence rate between males and females was compared by the chi square test. Results From 2009 to 2014, the highest annual prevalence rate was overweight and the lowest was diabetes. Except for hyperlipidemia, the prevalence rates of other diseases in males were higher than those in females （P<0.05） . From 2009 to 2014, except obesity （Z=－1.86, P=0.063 1） , the prevalence of various chronic diseases was on the rise, and the largest increase was in high blood lipids which was from 19.62% in 2009 to 45.97% in 2014. Conclusion The six major chronic diseases of the physical examination population in Wuhan Iron and SteelGeneral Hospital from 2009 to 2014 were on the rise, so the prevention of the chronic diseases should be strengthened to improve the staff’s health level.
