摘要:

目的探讨复方苷草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2013年6月— 2016年6月清远市慢性病防治医院收治的112 例慢性荨麻疹患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组56例。对照组 采用枸地氯雷他定片治疗，观察组采用枸地氯雷他定片联合复方苷草酸苷治疗，两组患者均治疗8 周。对比两组 患者的临床疗效，并统计治疗前、治疗4 周和治疗8 周的症状总积分，比较两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。 结果两组患者治疗前的症状总积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在治疗4周和治疗8周后，两组患者 的症状总积分较本组治疗前均明显下降（P<0.05）；且治疗后，观察组的症状总积分较对照组下降显著（P< 0.05）。观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组的，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均无严重不良反应的发生。 结论枸地氯雷他定片的基础上加用复方苷草酸苷治疗能有效提升慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效，且未出现明显 不良反应。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound glucoside in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Method A total of 112 patients with chronic urticaria were selected from June 2013 to June 2016 in Qingyuan Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital. 112 patients were randomly divided into control group and 56 observation groups. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets and the observation group was controlled. The group was treated with loratadine tablets and compound glucoside, and the two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, and the total scores of the symptoms before treatment, 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment were counted. Dizziness, abdominal pain, and diarrhea occurred in the two groups of patients during the course of treatment and were alleviated after appropriate intervention. No serious adverse reactions occurred. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total scores of symptoms between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05） . After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment, the total score of symptoms of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment （P<0.05） . The difference was statistically significant; and the total symptom scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05） . The clinical effective rate aftertreatment in the control group was 71.43%, and the clinical effective rate in the observation group after treatment was 94.64%. The clinical effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion Adding compound glucosidic acid on the basis of loratadine tablets in depression can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic urticaria and have an important effect on clinical improvement.
