摘要:
快速性心律失常包括广义的室上性心律失常及室性心律失常，其中，心房颤动及室速/室颤相关的心源性 猝死危害最大，是公共卫生的重大威胁。本文旨在总结快速性心律失常目前在国内、外的流行情况，结合最新的 临床研究及指南提出有效的防治策略，探讨综合防治平台的建设方法，指导医护人员开展相关工作，以降低其整 体患病率及致死、致残率为最终目的。
