摘要:
快速性心律失常包括广义的室上性心律失常及室性心律失常，其中，心房颤动及室速/室颤相关的心源性 猝死危害最大，而这两类心律失常都具有可控的危险因素，因此在一定程度上可以预防。本文通过总结现有研 究，提出7 项证据最充分的危险因素，以指导医护人员对相关患者进行综合管理，通过充分的一级、二级预防， 降低房颤及猝死的发病率。
