摘要:
限制蛋白质摄入量是治疗慢性肾脏病的一个重要环节。本文对低蛋白饮食在慢性肾脏病临床治疗中的应用 进行回顾，发现低蛋白饮食有助于降低尿蛋白、降低血尿素氮从而改善高磷血症症状，还可减轻尿毒症症状，减 缓慢性肾脏病进程等。低蛋白饮食耐受性良好，不会造成营养不良，可安全应用到慢性肾脏病临床治疗中。
