摘要:
采用文献查阅法收集资料，汇总分析中英精神病患者病耻感研究现状，为进一步开展相关研究提供参 考。精神病患者病耻感来源于社会文化与环境、患者自身的精神痛苦、残疾和贫困、不当的医疗行为、不 当的媒体宣传等因素。英国开展的多项精神卫生运动能够有效减少病耻感，具有借鉴作用。通过加强公众 教育，增加与患者接触，保护患者利益等针对性干预手段能够有效减少或消除病耻感。
