摘要:
目的探讨不同来源膳食纤维和钙摄入与结直肠癌致病之间的关系。方法选择洛阳中心医院于 2012 年1 月-2015 年1 月收治的118 例洛阳地区结直肠癌患者作为观察组,另从医院同期参加健康体检的 人群中随机选取98 例作为对照组。以问卷调查的方式对以上两组患者的饮食中膳食纤维的来源以及钙的摄 入量情况进行调查,比较组间差异。结果在膳食纤维的摄入方面,对照组的蔬菜纤维摄入量明显高于其 他各组(P<0.05);直肠癌以及右半结肠癌患者的水果纤维摄入量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);各组的谷类 膳食纤维含量无统计学意义差异(P>0.05)。在钙的摄入量方面,对照组动物性钙的摄入量明显高于右半结 肠癌患者(P<0.05)。结论膳食纤维来源与摄入量的不同对结直肠癌的发病率有着不同的影响,蔬菜膳食 纤维可以有效降低结直肠癌的发病率。膳食钙对结直肠癌发病率的影响与膳食结构有较大关系。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the different sources of dietary fiber and calcium intake and their relationship to pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 148 patients with colorectal cancer were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 as the patient group. A total of 148 healthy subjects participated in physical examination during the same time period were randomly selected as control group. The above two groups of subjects all participated in a questionnaire survey to find out the sources of dietary fiber and calcium intake investigation. The difference of their dietary fiber and calcium intake and the relationship to pathogenesis of colorectal cancer was studied. Results With respect to the intake of dietary fiber,the vegetable fiber intake of the control group was dramatically higher than that of the patient group. In addition, the fruit fiber intake among the patients with colorectal cancer or the right colon cancer was significantly lower than that of the control group. However, there was no significant difference between the groups for corn dietary fiber intake. With respect to the intake of calcium, in the control group, intake of calcium from animal sources was dramatically higher than that of the patients with right colon cancer. Conclusions Source of dietary fiber intake have a significant impact on the incidence of colorectal cancer, with the effects of the vegetable dietary fiber the most obvious. To eat more vegetable dietary fiber can effectively reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. The effects of dietary calcium are influenced by dietary structure of different food sources with with different organic ingredients. However, calcium no doubt affects the pathogenesis of colorectal cancers.
