摘要:
分析环氧合酶- 2 (COX- 2)、转化生长因子- β1 (TGF- β1) 的结构和功能, 了解其对慢性胰腺炎 (CP) 胰腺纤维化进展的重要意义,掌握其引起CP 的相关机理及作用点,有助于开展以COX-2、TGF-β1 及其转导通路为靶点的靶向基因治疗技术,为临床防治CP 胰腺纤维化提供新的思路和理论依据。
