摘要:
随着对高血压病研究治疗的深入，发现其除了具有良好的降压作用外，还可能通过非肽类直接肾素抑 制剂作用于血管紧张素系统（RAS）的起始限速步骤影响肾素活性、炎症反应、NO代谢、氧化应激等对 心、血管、肾脏和脑等器官发挥保护作用。因此，非肽类肾素抑制剂有望用于临床治疗高血压、糖尿病等 RAS相关疾病，并具有其他RAS抑制剂不可替代的作用。
