摘要:
目的 青霉素并辅以改善认知和（或）控制精神症状治疗对麻痹性痴呆（general paresis, GP）患者认 知功能障碍的治疗效果。方法 连续纳入33例接受规范青霉素并辅以改善认知和（或）控制精神症状治疗的 GP患者，比较治疗前和治疗后3个月的简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）及蒙托利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评 分的改变情况，统计学分析方法选用配对t检验或配对的Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果 患者的平均年龄为（54.8± 7.8）岁。治疗后患者的MMSE评分较治疗前明显升高[（12.00±5.17）vs（14.18±4.99），P<0.001]；同样，治 疗后患者的MoCA测量评分亦较治疗前明显升高[7.00（3.00~12.00）vs9.00（5.00~13.00），P<0.001]。结论 规范的青霉素辅以改善认知、控制精神症状能明显改善GP患者的认知功能障碍。
