摘要:
目的 探讨基于网络药理学理论的系统营养联合节律运动对肝代谢异常人群干预的效果。方法 选取 60例肝代谢异常人群的受试者,每天定期进行系统营养和节律运动的联合干预3个月,对比干预前后肝功能、肝 脏脂肪衰减度、肝脏硬度以及肝脏的功能活性值。结果 相比干预前,干预后受试者天冬氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷 酸酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、肝糖原活性值、肝脏脂肪衰减度及肝脏硬度均显著降低 (P<0.05或P<0.01),肝左叶及胆管区域活性值、肝右叶区域活性值均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 系统营养联合节律运动可显著降低受试者肝代谢异常的风险,对预防肝脏疾病有重要作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the combined effect of systemic nutrition united rhythmic exercise on liver metabolism disorder based on theory of network pharmacology. Methods Sixty cases of liver metabolism disorder participants were enrolled and randomly assigned to receive the combined interven-tion of rhythmic exercise and systemic nutrition for 90 days. These indexes such as liver function, liver fat attenuation, liver stiffness and functional activity of liver before and after intervention were com-pared. Results Compared with before intervention, the glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, total bilirubin, γ-Glutamyltransferase, liver glycogen, liver fat attenuationand and liver stiffness were significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.01 or <0.05); the activity value of the left lobe of liver and the bile duct region, and the activity value of the right lobe of liver were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of sys-temic nutrition united rhythmic exercise can decrease the risk of liver metabolism disorder of partici-pants and be helpful to prevent liver disease.
