摘要:
目的 探讨北京市石景山区居民代谢综合征(MS)的流行现状及其影响因素,为辖区制定MS防控策略 提供建议。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选取北京市石景山区9个街道4 867名18~79岁的常住居民进行问卷 调查、体格检查及实验室检测。结果 北京市石景山区居民MS患病率为19.25%,其中男性为24.15%,女性为 14.51%,男性高于女性(χ 2 =72.862,P<0.01),MS患病率随年龄的增加而逐步增高(χ 2 =178.594,P<0.01); 多因素logistic分析结果显示,中心性肥胖(OR=20.932)是影响MS的最主要因素,其次为甘油三酯(TG)高 (OR=10.058)和糖尿病(OR=9.604),再次高血压(OR=3.992)、体质量指数(BMI)(OR=3.004)、高密度 脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低(OR=2.647)和总胆固醇(TC)高(OR=2.487)也有较大影响,性别、年龄、 文化程度、吸烟、饮酒、高尿酸血症(HUA)是MS的关联因素,其中女性、文化程度高是MS的保护性因素。 结论 北京市石景山区居民MS发病率较高,应针对相关危险因素采取综合性的预防控制措施。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its influencing fac-tors among residents in Shijingshan District, Beijing and provide suggestions for the control strategy of MS.Methods Totally4 867 residents aged 18-79 years old in 9 communities in Shijingshan Drist-ict, Beijing were enrolled by cluster sampling, and in which questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory testing were conducted. Results The prevalence rate of MS among residents in Shi-jingshan District was 19.25%, of which males were24.15%, femals were14.51%, males were higher than femals(χ 2 =72.862, P<0.01). The prevalence rate of MS became higher and higher along with the growth of age(χ 2 =178.594,P<0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that central obesity was the most important factor for MS, the second were high triglyceride and fasting blood glu-cose, and then were hypertension, high body mass index, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and to-tal cholesterol. Related risk factors for MS were sex, age, degree of education, smoking, drinking, and hyperuricemia(HUA), of which femal, high level of education were protective factors. Conclusion The incidence of MS was high among residents in Shijingshan District, Beijing, and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to the related risk factors.
