Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of conventional treatment combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)patients. Methods Totally80 patients during June 2014 to June 2017 who were first diagnosed NERD were selected as the research sub-jects, and they were divided into two groups. The control group (n=38)was treated with routine dose of antiacids and mosapride;the observation group(n=42)was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets (Deanxit)on the basis of the control group. All patients were treated for 8 weeks. Before treatment, 4 weeks and8 weeks after treatment, degrees of anxiety and depression in the two groups were evaluated by using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and their symptom scores were evaluated by using the reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ) scale. Adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results There were58 pa-tients with anxiety or depressionamong the 80 NERD patients. After4 weeks and8 weeks treatment, RDQ scoresin the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); HAMA scores and HAMD scoresin the observation group were low-er than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). No serious complications were found in the two groups. Conclusion NERD patients have high incidence rate of anxiety and depression. The conventional treatment combined withflupentixol and melitracen tablets havesignificantly curative effect on patients with NERD.
