摘要:
目的了解广州城乡结合部居民2 型糖尿病(T2DM) 患病率,探讨其影响因素与防制策略。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,调查广州市番禺区石碁镇未诊断糖尿病居民710 人,采集调查对象人口学特征和生活 方式,并经采血诊断其糖尿病患病情况。结果本研究T2DM 患者检出率为10.56% (75/710)。多因素Logistic 回归分析显示,T2DM 患病率的主要影响因素为居住在乡村(OR=16.974,95%CI: 4.312~66.827),男性 (OR=6.149, 95% CI: 2.492~15.176), 有既往史(OR=3.028, 95% CI:1.605~5.709), 本地户籍(OR= 2.683,95%CI:1.175~6.128),文化程度小学及以下(OR=2.381,95%CI:1.080~5.248),非已婚有配偶(OR= 2.270,95%CI:1.165~4.424),平均每日静态行为时间>3 h (OR=2.191,95%CI:1.187~4.044)。结论乡村 居民T2DM 患病率较高,应为该人群提供糖尿病综合干预措施,以降低T2DM 的发病和危害。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the prevalence rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Guangzhou urban-rural fringe, and to discusses the influencing factors and provides the basis for making relevant prevention strategies. Methods The method of stratified cluster sampling was adopted to investigate 710 people in Shiji town, Panyu district, Guangzhou city. The demographic characteristics and life style of the subjects were collected, and the laboratory examination was used to diagnose T2DM. Results The prevalence rate of T2DM was 10.56% (75/710) . The multivariate analysis showed that living in the country (OR=16.974, 95% CI: 4.312- 66.827), male (OR=6.149, 95% CI: 2.492- 15.176) , the people who once suffered from cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia or peripheral vascular disease (OR=3.028, 95% CI: 1.605- 5.709) , primary school and below (OR=2.381, 95% CI: 1.080-5.248) , not married with spouse (OR=2.270, 95%CI: 1.165-4.424) , average daily static behavior time >3 h (OR=2.191, 95% CI: 1.187- 4.044) . Conclusions The prevalence rate of T2DM in rural residents is higher, and the comprehensive intervention measures should be provided to reduce the morbidity and dangers of T2DM.
