摘要:

目的探讨慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者与慢性乙型肝炎患者以及慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV） 携带者外 周血骨髓源性干细胞水平的差异。方法采用病例对照研究的方式，对66例慢加急性肝衰竭患者，48例慢性乙 型肝炎患者以及52 例慢性HBV 携带者的临床资料及外周血CD34+细胞计数进行对比分析。结果三组间性别 （χ2= 5.435，P=0.066） 和年龄（H=0.541，P=0.763） 差异无统计学意义；肝衰竭组、慢性乙型肝炎组、慢性 HBV 携带者组基线外周血CD34+细胞计数平均数分别为2.36 （2.6）、1.69 （0.76）、0.71 （0.98） 个/μl，应用非参 数检验结果显示，三组间差异有统计学意义（H=78.353，P<0.001）。结论肝衰竭组有较高的骨髓源性干细胞 自发动员水平。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the differences of spontaneous mobilization of bone marrow derived stem cells among patients with acute on chronic hepatitis B liver failure （HBV-ACLF） patients, chronic hepatitis B （CHB） patients, and chronic hepatitis B virus （HBV） carriers. Methods Totally 66 HBV-ACLF patients, 48 CHB patients, and 52 HBV carriers were enrolled, and their clinical data and peripheral blood CD34+ cell count were collected and compared. Results There were no differences of gender （χ2=5.435, P=0.066） and average age （H=0.541, P=0.763） between the three groups. The average peripheral blood CD34+ cell counts of was 2.36 （2.6） /μl in HBV-ACLF patients, 1.69 （0.76） in CHB patients, 0.71 （0.98） in HBV carriers, and the results of univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference among them （H=78.353, P<0.001） . Conclusion The spontaneous mobilization level of bone marrow derived stem cells is higher in HBV-ACLF patients.
