目的了解广西农村地区中老年人慢性病知识认知和生活方式现状，以及健康服务需求情况，为探索中 老年人健康管理提供参考。方法在文献研究和专家咨询基础上自行设计调查问卷，采用多阶段分层整群抽样 方法对年龄≥45 岁广西农村地区中老年人进行现场问卷调查，内容包括人口学特征、慢性病相关知识、行为状况 以及健康需求情况等。结果收回有效问卷904份，其中男性占48.56%，女性占51.44%。慢性病相关知识整体 回答正确率21.60%，文化程度越高，回答正确率越高（P<0.05）。体力劳动者占56.97%，日常主要身体活动是 家务劳动。96.13%被调查者愿意接受慢性病预防保健知识的学习。结论广西农村地区中老年人健康知识认知 和生活方式有待改善，健康需求增加，应积极探索健康教育新模式，提高健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the knowledge level of chronic diseases, the behavior of individuals and health servie needs among the rural middle aged and elderly people in Guangxi province, aims at offering references for exploring the health management measures for them. Methods The people over 45 years of age from the rural areas of Guangxi were selected by the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. Face- to- face interviews with the subjects were carried out using questionnaires designed by our research group. Sociodemographic characteristics, chronic disease- related knowledge, lifestyle behaviors and health service needs were investigated and analyzed. Results Totally 904 valid questionnaires were collected, including 48.56% of male and 51.44% of female. The overall awareness rate of chronic disease related health knowledge was 21.60% . The more education has advantaged to awareness rate, and there was a significant difference among the education groups （P<0.05） . Totally 56.97% of participants were manual worker and mainly daily physical activity was the housework. Totally 96.13% of participants were willing to learn the health knowledge. Conclusion The current status of the awareness of health knowledge and healthy lifestyle among the rural middle aged and elderly people in Guangxi province need to be improved, and their health service demand is increasing. Therefore, the new model of health education should be explored to promote the health of the people.
