摘要:
目的本研究探讨运动康复模式对糖尿病患者糖脂水平及生活质量的影响,为运动康复的应用提供依 据。方法选取太原钢铁(集团) 有限公司总医院2016 年6 月—2017 年3 月收治的60 例糖尿病患者为观察对 象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。所有患者均根据病情进行基础治疗,包括常规药物治疗,观察组给予运 动干预3个月。比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、低密度 脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) 水平变化,采用SF-36 量表评估生活质量评分。结果治疗后,两组FBG、2hPG、 HbA1C及LDL-C 水平均低于本组治疗前,且两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活 质量改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动康复可有效控制患者糖脂水平和提 高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of physical rehabilitation model on blood glucose level, blood lipid and quality of life in diabetic patients by control study. Methods Totally 60 diabetic patients in General Hospital of Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. from June 2016 to march 2017 were selected as the observation subjects, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order. All patients were treated based on the condition and given regular medication, and the observation group was given extra exercise therapy for three months. The fasting blood glucose (FBG) , postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG) , glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected and life quality were measured by SF- 36. Results After treatment, FBG, 2hPG, HbA1C and LDL- C levels in observation group were lower than those before treatment and control group; the quality of life scores in observation group were better than those in control group (all P<0.05) . Conclusion Physical rehabilitation can effectively control blood glucose and lipid levels and improve patients’ quality of life.
