摘要:
目的运用免疫组化二步法，探讨β-连环素（β-catenin） 和E-钙黏蛋白（E-cadherin） 在子宫平滑肌 肿瘤（USMTS） 中的表达和意义。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测50 例良性USMTS （UL 组）、30 例交界性 USMTS （BLM 组）、20 例子宫平滑肌肉瘤（LMS 组） 以及20 例正常子宫平滑肌组织（M 组） β-catenin 和Ecadherin 蛋白的表达。结果LMS 组β- catenin 异常率为70.0% （14/20），明显高于BLM 组的30.0% （9/30）、 UL 组的22.0% （11/50） 和M 组的5.0% （1/20），差异有统计学意义（χ2=23.048，P<0.001）；LMS 组、BLM 组、UL 组的E- cadherin 异常率分别为100.0% （20/20）、96.7% （29/30） 和68.0% （34/50），均高于M 组的 30.0% （6/20），差异有统计学意义（χ2=36.248，P<0.001）。LMS组中β-catenin和E-cadherin的异常表达呈显著 负相关（r=－0.515 6，P<0.05）。结论β-catenin和E-cadherin在USMTS的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the expressions of β- catenin and E- cadherin in uterine smooth muscle tumour （USMT） and their significances. Methods Expressions of β- catenin and E- cadherin protein were determined by immunohistochemistry in 50 usual leiomyoma cases （UL group） , 30 borderline leiomyoma cases （BLM group） , 20 leiomyosarcoma cases （LMS group） and 20 myometrium cases （M group） . Results The abnormal rate of β- catenin in LMS group was 70.0% （14/20） , which was significantly higher than that in BLM goup （30% , 9/30） , UL group （22.0% , 11/50） and M group （5.0% , 1/20） , χ2=23.048, P<0.001. The E- cadherin abnormalities of LMS group （100.0% , 20/20） , BLM group （96.7% , 29/30） and UL group （68.0% , 34/50） were higher than that of M group （30.0% , 6/20） , χ2=36.248, P<0.001. In addition, there was a significantly negative correlation between the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin in uterine leiomyosarcoma （r=－ 0.515, P<0.05） . Conclusion β-catenin and E-cadherin may play important roles in the development progress from benign uterine tumour to malignant uterine tumour.
