摘要:
目的探讨利培酮和氯氮平对精神分裂症患者阴性症状的改善效果。方法利用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)对住院的以阴性症状为主（SANS 量表总分≥60分） 的64例精神分裂症患者进行调查，随机分为观察组 和对照组，各32 例。观察组给予利培酮治疗，对照组给予氯氮平治疗，两组治疗12 周结束时进行评定。采用阴 性症状评定量表(SANS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)两种量化指标，评价两种药物对精神分裂症 患者阴性症状的改善效果。结果治疗前，两组HAMD 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。经12 周治 疗结束时，两组SANS、IPROS 评分均较本组治疗前有所下降，观察组降分幅度较对照组更为显著，组间比较差 异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论利培酮对改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状比氯氮平更具优势，而不良反应 更少。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the ameliorative effect of two kinds of medicine (risperidone and clozapine) on schizophrenic negative symptoms. Methods A total of 64 schizophrenics patients with predominantly negative symptoms according to the Hamilton's depression scale (HAMD) were divided into two groups and treated by risperidone and clozapine, respectively. The effects of these two kinds of antipsychotic medicines on the schizophrenics were evaluated by using the SANS scale and IPROS scale after continuous treatments for 12 weeks. Resluts There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatments (P>0.05). The scores of SANS and IPORS of the two groups all decreased after 12 weeks treatments, and their ranges in the risperidone group were were much larger than those in the clozapine group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Risperidone has much advantages for improving the negative symptoms of schizophrenia than clozapine with fewer side effects.
