摘要:

目的探讨臭氧联合舒筋通络丸治疗膝骨性关节炎（KOA） 的临床疗效。方法选取郑州中医骨伤 病医院100 例KOA 患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50 例。对照组采用臭氧治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗 基础上加用舒筋通络丸。两组患者治疗前和治疗后3 个月和5 个月时采用Lysholm 量表评价膝关节功能，采用视 觉模拟评分量表（VAS） 进行疼痛评分，比较患者血清白介素-1 （IL-1）、IL-6 和肿瘤坏死因子-α （TNF-α） 水平，临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者在治疗后3 个月和5 个月时膝关节功能评分较治疗前均 明显提高（P<0.05），疼痛评分、IL-1、IL-6 和TNF-α 水平均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后 3 个月和5 个月膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分、IL-1、IL-6 和TNF-α 水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论臭 氧联合舒筋通络丸治疗KOA 可显著改善膝关节功能，减轻患者疼痛，提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of ozone combined with Shujintongluo pill on patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods One hundred patients with KOA in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Hospital Of Orthopaedics were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 in each group. Control group were treated with ozone, observation group were treated with ozone and Shujintongluo pill. Lysholm knee functional scores was used to evalute the knee function. The pain degree was evaluted by VAS score. Serum IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α levels and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment for there months or five months. Results Lysholm knee functional scores was increased and the VAS scores and the levels of IL- 1, IL- 6, TNF-α were increased in the two groups after treatement for three months or five months as compared with those before treatment, and the differences were significant (all P<0.05). There were significantly different in lysholm knee functional scores, VAS scores, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α in the two groups after treatment (all P<0.05). Conclusions Ozone combined with Shujintongluo pill can improve knee functions, relieve the pain, increase the clinical efficacy in the treatmen of patients with KOA.
