摘要:
目的探讨氨氯地平联合盐酸贝那普利对高血压伴冠心病患者的应用疗效。方法选取2013 年6 月至 2016 年6 月广东省阳春市人民医院100 例高血压伴冠心病患者作为本研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组 50 例。对照组应用盐酸贝那普利治疗，观察组应用氨氯地平联合盐酸贝那普利治疗，研究对比两组治疗3 个月后 高血压伴冠心病患者的临床总有效率、心电图改善情况、血压水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率 为92.00%，心电图改善总有效率为88.00%，显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组高血压伴冠心病患者的血压水平 均较治疗前有显著降低，但观察组改善情况显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%，与对 照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对高血压伴冠心病患者采取氨氯地平联合盐酸贝那普利治疗， 能显著减少心绞痛发作次数，降低血压，且不良反应发生率较低。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of amlodipine combined with benazepril hydrochloride in patients with hypertension associated with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 100 cases of patients with hypertension associated with coronary heart disease in Yangchun People's Hospita during the period from June 2013 to June 2016 were enrolled and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 in each group. Control group was treated wtih benazepril hydrochloride, observation group was treated wih amlodipine hydrochloride combined with benazepril hydrochloride. The total effect rate,electrocardiogram improvement rate, blood and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared after treatment for three months. Results The total effective rate and the electrocardiogram improvement rate in observation group was 92%, 88%, respectively, significantly higher than those in the control group （all P<0.05）. Blood pressure levels in the two group, espectially in the observation group, were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. Adverse reaction rate in the observation group and the control group was 8%, 6%, respectively, and the difference was not significant（P> 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with hypertension associated with coronary heart disease, amlodipine combined with benazepril hydrochloride can reduce the number of angina attacks and the blood levels, and the rate of toxic side effects is lower.
