摘要:
目的对海南省三级医院医护人员工作满意度情况进行调查,分析其工作满意度的影响因素,并提出提 高工作满意度的建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对海南省4家三甲医院的医护人员的工作满意度情况进行调 查,用单因素分析和多元线性回归的方法对医护人员的工作满意度情况及其影响因素进行分析。结果海南省 三甲医院的医护人员工作满意度的得分为(3.13±0.85) 分;经过非参数检验分析,不同性别、年龄、所在科 室、工作年限、职业、教育水平和职称的医护人员的工作满意度水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归 分析结果显示,影响医护人员工作满意度的主要因素是人身安全、发展空间、工作负荷、医院规章制度、领导态 度、工作成就感及医疗服务体系。结论海南省三甲医院的医护人员工作满意度水平一般;建议管理部门制定 合理的规章制度,切实保障医护人员的人身安全,改善其工作环境、减轻工作负荷、加强人文关怀,以提高医护 人员的工作满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the job satisfaction status and the effective factors of medical staff in tertiary hospitals in Hainan Province, and to provide suggestions to improve their job satisfaction. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey, the medical staff job satisfaction situation in 4 tertiary hospitals in Hainan Province were investigated. The medical staff job satisfaction and its influencing factors were analyzed by single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression method. Results The medical staff job satisfaction score was 3.13±0.85. Through analysis of the non parametric test, the levels of staff job satisfaction in different gender, age, department, working age, occupation, education level and professional title were significantly different; logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of medical staff were personal safety, career development, work burden, hospital rules, attitude of the leadership, achievement sense of work and medical service system. Conclusion The medical staff job satisfaction level in tertiary hospitals of Hainan Province is not good. To improve medical staff's job satisfaction, we should formulate reasonable rules and regulations, effectively protecte personal safety of staff, improve working environment, reduce work burden, and strengthen humanistic care.
