目的研究TPX2 蛋白在小细胞肺癌（SCLC） 中的表达，探讨其与疾病之间关系。方法采用免疫 组化法，检测32 例SCLC 患者癌组织中TPX2 蛋白的表达。采用非肺癌手术中的正常肺组织20 例为对照组，检 测TPX2蛋白的表达。结果TPX2在癌组织中表达为59.38% （19/32），而在正常肺组织中不表达或仅有少量 弱表达10.00% （2/20），差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）。TPX2 的表达与肿瘤分期（P=0.004）、有无脑转移 （P=0.009）、淋巴结转移（P=0.030） 等因素有关，与性别、年龄、吸烟等因素无关（P>0.05）。结论TPX2 在SCLC 中高表达，其高表达可能是SCLC 的发生、发展及远处转移的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the expression of TPX2 and its clinical significance in small cell lung cancer （SCLC） . Methods A total of 32 patients with SCLC and 20 normal lung tissues were included in this study. The tumor tissues were collected. TPX2 expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry. Associations of TPX2 expression with the clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The expression of TPX2 protein in SCLC tissues were 59.38% （19/32） and negative or only little weak express with 10.00% （2/20） in normal lung tissues （P=0.000） . TPX2 expression was associated with the AJCC tumor stage （P=0.004） , brain metastasis and lymphatic metastasis （P=0.009 and P= 0.030） . Conclusions TPX2 is up- regulated in SCLC patients, and it maybe associate with occurrence, development and metastasis in SCLC.
