摘要:
目的探讨血清N- 末端脑钠肽前体(NT- proBNP) 及胱抑素C(Cys C) 对于急性冠脉综合征 (ACS) 诊断的价值。方法选取2014 年12 月至2016 年2 月入住广州市花都区炭步镇中心卫生院内科的 确诊为ACS 的患者共98 例为试验组,另选择78 例健康人作为对照组,分别检测两组血清的NT-proBNP 及Cys C 水平, 并评价试验组患者的Killip 心功能分级与上述指标的关系。结果试验组患者的NTproBNP 值、Cys C 值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.28、11.74,P<0.01);随着ACS 患者心 功能分级的升高,两组NT-proBNP 及Cys C 水平也随之增高(P<0.05)。结论NT-proBNP 和Cys C 作为容易检测的实验室指标可用于辅助诊断ACS,并且为患者的心功能分级提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and serum cystatin C (Cys C) for the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods From December 2014 to February 2016 in Tanbu Town Center Hospital of Guangzhou Huadu District, 98 patients diagnosed with ACS were selected as the experimental group, and 78 healthy people were selected as the control group. Serum NT-proBNP and Cys C in the two groups were detected, and the relationship between their levels and Killip cardiac function were evaluated in the experimental group. Results The levels of NT- proBNP and Cys C in the experimental group were statistically higher than those in the control group (t=15.28, 11.74, P<0.01). The levels of the two indicators increased with Killip classification in the experimental group (P<0.05). Concluston NT-proBNP and Cys C as a laboratory set of indicators can be used to easily detect the diagnosis of ACS and to provide reference for the heart function classification.
