摘要:
目的通过对辖区内发现的国内首例输入性黄热病病例应急处置的回顾，进一步明确突发虫媒传染 病事件处置中地市级卫生管理部门职责和处置流程。方法收集流行病学调查及现场处置情况记录，查阅 了WHO 通报疫情信息、实验室检测报告等资料，采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果通过荧光定 量RT-PCR 法检测出为黄热病病毒核酸阳性，相关接触人员经健康监测未发现感染，虫媒监测未发现异 常。结论根据患者流行病学史、临床表现和病原学检测结果判定为输入性黄热病病例，未发现第二代病 例。
Abstract:
Objective To review the emergency disposal the domestic first imported cases of yellow fever in China, and to definite the duty of the municipal department of health management and the disposal process for the burst of insect-borne infectious disease events. Methods The records of epidemiological investigation and site disposal were collected. The reporting information of WHO about the epidemic and laboratory test report and other data were consulted and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results The patient sample was tested by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method and the result of yellow fever virus nucleic acid was positive. No infection was found in relevant personal by health monitoring. Result of insect-borne monitoring was no abnormalities. Conclusion According to the history of epidemiology, clinical manifestation and etiology, the patients was determined as imported cases of yellow fever, and no case of the second generation was found.
