摘要:
目的比较老年高血压病合并糖尿病患者的血管情况、静脉穿刺效果及不良反应。方法①将安 徽省立医院干部四病区≥80 岁高血压病患者180 例分为两组：高血压病组及高血压病合并糖尿病组，通过 浅静脉血管评估标准对血管进行评估比较；②比较两组患者一次性穿刺成功率、伤口肿胀、肢体淤血、针 头移位和输液渗漏、静脉炎等指标，并通过问卷调查对护理满意率进行评价；③将不同病程的高血压病合并 糖尿病患者依据病程＜20 年及≥20 年分组，比较两组血管评估及穿刺并发症、护理满意率等指标。结果 ①高血压病组的血管评估优于合并糖尿病组（P=0.047）。②高血压病组的一次性穿刺成功率（P=0.032）、 伤口肿胀（P=0.035）、肢体淤血（P=0.021）、针头移位和输液渗漏（P=0.018）、静脉炎（P=0.048）、护理 满意率（P=0.027） 均优于合并糖尿病组。③糖尿病病程＜20 年组的血管评估、穿刺并发症、护理满意率 等指标与≥20 年组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论高血压病患者血管评估情况、并发症、护 理满意率等指标明显优于高血压病合并糖尿病患者。
Abstract:
Objective To compare vascular assessment, venipuncture effects and adverse events and complications between the super aged patients with hypertension and patients with hypertension associated with diabetes. Method Totally 180 elder hypertension patients were divided into hypertension group and hypertension with diabetes group. The achievement ratios of once venipuncture, swelling of venipuncture site, extravasated blood, needle sliding, transfusion infiltration, rate of phlebitis, rate of nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The vascular assessment of hypertension group was better than that of hypertension with diabetes group (P＜0.05). All relevant data of venipuncture in hypertension group was better than those in hypertension with diabetes group (P＜0.05), but there was no difference between <20 years group and ≥20 years group. Conclusion Vascular assessment, complication, adverse reaction, rate of nursing satisfaction in hypertension group were better than those in hypertension with diabetes group.
